Brooke is now recovered from her nasty bug she had for two weeks. She is back to her usual smiley self and is into everything. Her newest trick is to make little "oooh" sounds and kick her legs when she wants something - usually bite of what you are eating or a sip from your glass.

This past weekend Mommy got away! I went to visit 3 of my oldest and dearest girlfriends from high school - Annie, Michele, and Leonie. It was FANTASTIC!

Thank you to Michele for being the hostess with the most-est. And THANK YOU to Blake for watching Miss Brookie (who was a little under the weather) for three days straight!
